18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18–60 years, male or female; 2.Able to wear an OPPO smartwatch continuously for at least 3 months, with at least 14 consecutive days of wear per month, at least 12 hours of wear per day, including no less than 6 hours during daytime (7:00–19:00); must wear the device during exercise and sleep; 3.Intact reading and comprehension abilities, capable of independently completing depressive mood assessments; 4.Voluntary participation in this study with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe physical illness or substance abuse; 2.History of clinically diagnosed mental disorders, including major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia; 3.Presence of intellectual disability;
