Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The age at the first visit should be>=18 years old; 2.Diagnosed as overweight or obese at the time of consultation; 3.After assessment by clinical nutritionists, a medical nutrition weight loss treatment plan was clearly prescribed and initiated; 4.The body composition measurement data in the medical record is completely recorded;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with secondary obesity (such as Cushing's syndrome, poorly controlled hypothyroidism, etc.); 2. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding 3.Combined with severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; 4.Has a history of mental illness or cognitive impairment and is unable to follow dietary guidance; 5.Received bariatric surgery or used new bariatric drugs such as GLP-1 receptor agonists within 3 months before baseline or simultaneously;
