Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients were 45 to 75 years old; 2. Underwent elective coronary artery bypass grafting with complete clinical data; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA grade II~III; 4. Enrolled patients met the World Health Organization (WHO) criteria for diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease; all patients underwent preoperative coronary angiography (CAG) to confirm indications for cardiopulmonary bypass CABG surgery; 5. Absence of severe respiratory, hepatic or renal diseases or motor disorders; 6. The patient or family members signed informed consent approved by the ethics committee of the hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Coronary artery bypass surgery with simultaneous valve surgery, ventricular tumor resection, lung tumor resection and other thoracotomy; 2. Patients with a history of mental illness or taking psychotropic drugs; 3. Previous history of cardiac surgery; 4. Second thoracotomy; 5. Emergency conditions such as massive bleeding, cardiac arrest, pulmonary embolism, etc.
