Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Single segment and symptomatic degenerative disc disease (DDD)/degenerative spinal stenosis, which may have Meyerding I degree lumbar spondylolisthesis; 2. Over 18 years old; 3. Conservative treatment for more than 3 months is ineffective; 4. The height of the intervertebral disc is greater than half of the average height of adjacent segments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Lumbar spondylolisthesis with DDD or grade II or higher in multiple segments; 2. Spinal malformation: degenerative scoliosis (>10 degrees) or sagittal plane imbalance; 3. Anterior lumbar surgery or intervertebral disc height less than half of the above criteria; 4. Severe osteoporosis (BMD < -2.5) / severe osteoporosis requiring medication treatment; 5. Severe illness leading to intolerance to surgery: fractures, related site infections or tumors, rheumatoid arthritis, mental illness or inability to cooperate with surgery, as well as other underlying diseases that cannot tolerate surgery.
