Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Single-segment, Fresh Compression Vertebral Fracture; 2.Men aged >65 years, women aged >60 years; 3.Low back pain with limited mobility; 4.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures; 5.Complete imaging data;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases that make the patient unable to tolerate surgery; 2.Psychiatric disorders that prevent cooperation during surgery; 3.Coexisting hematologic disorders or significant coagulation abnormalities; 4.Chronic OVCFs (disease course >3 months); 5.Compression of the anterior vertebral body >= 50%; 6.Pathological fractures caused by spinal tumors, tuberculosis, or infections;
