Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. NSCLC patients diagnosed by pathology. 2. Accept surgery and start adjuvant chemotherapy within one month after surgery. 3. Meet the ICD-10 cancer-related fatigue diagnostic criteria. 4. Age >= 60 years old, able to read and write, without cognitive impairment. 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tumor recurrence, metastasis, or multiple primary cancers. 2. Serious heart, liver, kidney disease or infectious diseases. 3. Participate in other clinical trials or receive psychological interventions within the past 3 months.
