Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: \1. Prostate cancer with histological or cytological diagnosis, with the diagnosis age ranging from 18 years to 75 years, and with an expected lifespan greater than 10 years; 2. High-risk prostate cancer that meets D'Amico criteria, without distant metastasis; 3. The patient can tolerate general anesthesia, radical prostatectomy, and endocrine therapy; 4. The patient has received pre-treatment with ADT + ARTAs before the surgery and underwent RARP within 2 weeks after the end of the treatment; 5. The patient has completed prostate multi-parameter magnetic resonance imaging before prostate biopsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Metastases to the bladder, rectum, or bones, or distant metastases, confirmed by bone scan and/or PSMA PET-CT; 2. Undergo any form of local or systemic chemotherapy for prostate cancer
