Interventions

Experiment group:Tai Chi training: 3 sessions per week, 60 min/session (including warm-up and cool-down), for 12 weeks.
Control group:Maintain your daily routine unchanged for 12 weeks, and attend an online health education lecture for 45 minutes once a week.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese undergraduate students; aged between 18 and 25; capable of engaging in moderate-intensity physical activities. 2. Meets the screening criteria for internet addiction (determined through standardized tools such as the internet addiction scale). 3. Have not regularly participated in Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga or other systematic physical and mental exercises in the past three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The doctor diagnosed that there are cardiovascular, neurological, autoimmune or other major systemic diseases; 2. Currently undergoing psychological therapy or taking psychiatric medications; 3. There are any musculoskeletal problems or other diseases that affect the ability to safely participate in physical activities.
