Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 years and above; 2.The diagnosis was histologically confirmed as laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma; 3.Not receiving any anticancer therapy (including radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or targeted therapy) before surgery; 4.Patients who had signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who had received any antitumor therapy such as chemoradiotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy for laryngeal cancer before surgery; 2.Patients with other types of laryngeal malignant tumors of non-epithelial origin; 3.Concurrent presence of other known, active malignancies may interfere with the patients evaluated by the indicators of this study; 4.Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney dysfunction or other serious systemic diseases that could not tolerate surgery or that might affect study participation and follow-up.
