Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 18 years and = 22 mm, and intraocular pressure (IOP) between 10 mmHg and 21 mmHg (inclusive); 3.Diagnosed as full-thickness macular hole (FTMH) by a specialist ophthalmologist, requiring vitrectomy combined with internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling and intravitreal air tamponade, with postoperative prone positioning for >= 10 hours per day for one week; 4.Retinal and choroidal structures can be clearly visualized by OCT and OCTA examinations, with image quality score > 6; 5.Signed informed consent form and willingness to comply with scheduled follow-up visits as required by the study protocol;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary macular holes attributed to other etiologies, including trauma, inflammatory edema, or other causes; 2.Coexisting fundus pathologies, such as diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, or rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, as well as recurrent macular holes; 3.Prior history of ocular interventions, including intravitreal injections, laser photocoagulation, or other surgical procedures, except for cataract surgery; 4.Inability to tolerate or cooperate with ophthalmic examinations, poor compliance with the treatment regimen, or anticipated difficulty in attending scheduled follow-up visits.
