Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 45-80 years old; 2. Diagnosed with bilateral age-related cataract; 3. Scheduled to undergo bilateral femtosecond laser-assisted phacoemulsification with implantation of the same model of functional intraocular lens; 4. Regular preoperative corneal astigmatism of =1.0 D; 5. No significant macular pathology detected by preoperative fundus optical coherence tomography; 6. Able to cooperate with iTrace examinations and postoperative follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous intraocular surgery; 2. Presence of significant corneal disease, glaucoma, uveitis, retinal disease, or macular disease; 3. Severe dry eye or tear-film instability that may affect visual quality measurements; 4. Intraoperative posterior capsule rupture, zonular abnormalities, or unstable intraocular lens implantation; 5. Significant postoperative corneal edema, severe intraocular inflammation, or other complications that may affect the examination results; 6. Unacceptable iTrace image quality preventing reliable measurements.
