Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent form to participate in this study, have established a medical record at Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital and plan to receive antenatal care and give birth at this hospital, with the first antenatal visit at gestational age =14 weeks. 2. Able to understand and complete questionnaires, and willing to adhere to the follow-up from 0 to 3 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe mental disorders or severe acute/chronic illnesses who are unable to complete follow-up due to reasons such as hospital transfer or relocation.
