Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of Graves' disease confirmed through clinical evaluation, laboratory tests, and imaging studies; 2.First-time treatment with radioactive iodine; 3.Complete follow-up data: at least one year of follow-up data to assess the time to onset of hypothyroidism.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of prior external neck irradiation; 2.Presence of other diseases or treatments that may affect the assessment of thyroid function.
