Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45-80 years; 2. Meet the 2015 MDS diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease; 3. Hoehn-Yahr stage (H-Y stage): 1-4; 4. Have one or more of the following conditions: one or more types of PD pain with a Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) score >= 3; one or more types of sleep disorders; freezing of gait;balance disorders;swallowing dysfunction. 5. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >= 22; 6. Have been taking PD medication stably for more than 2 weeks and the medication regimen will not be changed during the study; 7. Patients provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The subject experiences an intolerable adverse event (AE), and the subject and/or the investigator determine that the AE cannot be controlled by appropriate treatment; 2. The subject receives treatment that is not allowed in this study, such as pacemaker, DBS, cochlear implant and other metal implants; 3. The subject develops suicidal tendencies or psychotic symptoms; 4. The subject's pain is caused by other clear causes (such as osteoarthritis, diabetic neuropathy, tumors, etc.); 5. The subject develops severe neurological/psychiatric diseases such as impaired consciousness, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral thrombosis and other serious organic diseases; 6. There are other diseases that may affect peripheral nerve sensation, including diabetes, herpes infection, long-term special drugs or alcoholism, stroke, spinal cord lesions; 7. The subject fails to fully comply with the study procedures.
