Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 and above; 2.Diagnosed with primary renal angiosarcoma through histopathological and immunohistochemical examination of surgically resected specimen tissues; 3.Relatively complete clinical, imaging, pathological, and follow-up data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathologically confirmed secondary renal involvement due to metastasis of angiosarcoma from other sites; 2. Patients with concomitant other primary malignancies, making it difficult to determine the primary lesion; 3. Patients lacking crucial clinical, pathological, or follow-up information.
