Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have been residing in Beijing for a long time; 2. Age >= 60 years old or suffering from at least one chronic underlying disease; 3. Informed consent and the ability to complete questionnaire surveys.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe cognitive impairment, psychiatric disorders, or an inability to communicate effectively; 2. Individuals who are unwilling to participate in the study.
