Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 years 2.ASA classification = 3 3.Patients scheduled for laparoscopic abdominoperineal resection (APR) 4.Subjects who can understand the study protocol, are willing to participate in the study, sign the informed consent form, have good compliance, and are willing to cooperate with follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases of benign diseases; 2. Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 3. Patients who already have a permanent stoma before surgery; 4. Severe systemic diseases affecting wound healing (such as diabetes, liver cirrhosis, or immunocompromised states such as HIV); 5. Peritoneal metastasis; 6. Severe mental illness that prevents cooperation with treatment; 7. Continuous systemic steroid therapy within the past 1 month..
