40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal activities of daily living, with full or basic self-care ability; 2. AD8 score = 25 points; for those with = 20 points; 4. Stable vital signs, resting heart rate 60–100 beats/min, blood pressure controlled below 150/90 mmHg; 5. No significant behavioral or verbal dysfunction, Low risk on fall risk assessment; 6.The subject has given informed consent to participate in this study and voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of traumatic brain injury, brain tumor, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, intracranial infection, Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, or other neurological diseases; 2. Past history of anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, or other mental disorders; 3. Use of neuroleptics, antidepressants, sedatives, or antipsychotic medications within the past 2 weeks; 4. Severe somatic diseases, including but not limited to unstable angina, heart failure, severe arrhythmias, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (fasting blood glucose > 11.1 mmol/L), advanced malignant tumors, or hepatic/renal failure. 5. Current participation in other clinical trials that may affect the evaluation of this study’s outcomes.
