18 Years to 24 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female collegiate basketball players aged 18-24 years with a Level II athlete classification; 2. No apparent injury or neurological disorder; 3. At least 3 years of basketball-specific training experience; 4. Voluntary participation, understanding of the study purpose and procedures, and provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A sports injury within the previous 6 months, such as ligament tear, fracture, or joint dislocation; 2. Cardiovascular disease, neurological disorder, or another condition contraindicating tDCS; 3. Inability to complete the required training, intervention, or testing procedures; 4. Use of medications or nutritional supplements that may interfere with the study outcomes.
