20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Singleton pregnancy, gestational age 37–41 weeks; 2.Not in a pain episode during the survey, fully conscious, about to give birth; 3.Voluntary participation in this study with signed informed consent; 4.No history of severe cardiovascular disease, central nervous system disorders, or psychiatric conditions; 5. Age: 20 to 40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of cognitive, sensory, psychiatric, or communication impairments; 2.History of orthopedic or gynecological surgery involving the lumbar spine, pelvis, hip joint, spine, or abdomen that may affect pain perception; 3.Coexisting severe impairment, infection, or malignancy of other organs;
