Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years, any gender; 2.Corrected vision 26mm, meeting the diagnostic criteria for high myopia; 5.Willing to participate in full-cycle postoperative follow-up management and able to cooperate with preoperative assessments and follow-ups at all time points; 6.Fully informed and voluntarily signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.history of previous ocular trauma; 2.history of previous intraocular surgery (other than the planned cataract surgery); 3.concomitant severe systemic disease (such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, advanced malignancy, etc.) where the expected survival or physical condition precludes cooperation with follow-up; 4.concomitant mental disorder or cognitive impairment precluding cooperation with relevant examinations and questionnaire assessments; 5.or other conditions deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable for inclusion in this study.
