50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 50 years old; 2. Meet the internationally recognized clinical diagnostic criteria for AMD; 3. Underwent multimodal imaging at the initial presentation, including at least optical coherence tomography (OCT) and one type of fundus photography; 4. Having at least one documented follow-up visit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated by other concurrent macular disorders, including diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, and myopic maculopathy, among others; 2. With severe opacity of the optic media, resulting in compromised image quality; 3. Prior anti-VEGF therapy, photodynamic therapy, or macular laser treatment.
