Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 60 years old; 2.It meets the MCI diagnostic criteria set by Petersen et al in 2004 and the Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Impairment in 2018. 3.There are no diseases that hinder normal physical activities. The individual can understand and cooperate with the training and does not require any additional assistive tools. 4.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with mental disorders, dementia, Parkinson's disease, and sequelae of stroke, etc. 2.Those who have visual or auditory impairments and are unable to communicate normally; 3.Having severe heart and lung dysfunction, unstable angina pectoris, uncontrolled hypertension, severe bone and joint diseases, etc., as assessed by the doctor, are not suitable for engaging in physical exercise. 4.Those who are involved in other intervention studies; 5.Those who are currently taking psychotropic medications;
