Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-75 years old; 2. Continuous residence in the plateau for more than 6 months (altitude > 2500 meters); 3. Return to the plain (Chengdu) due to work or life reasons and live in the plain for a long time (residence >= 6 months).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not want to cooperate with follow-up visits; 2. HADA symptoms attributable to primary diseases of the cardiovascular, hematologic, respiratory, urological, and neurological systems, cancers, or leukemias; 3. Development of upper respiratory tract infection, influenza, or other infectious pathogens within 3 days of returning to the plains, triggering HADA symptoms; 4. During the study, the subject returned to the plateau (altitude > 2500 meters, stay time >= 7 days) due to work or other reasons.
