Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.>=60 years old 2. Expected to complete relevant scale assessments 3. Planned to undergo elective surgery 4. Patient or authorized person signs informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are scars and damage on the forehead position that affect the adhesion of the brain oxygen monitoring electrode pads 2. Visual, auditory or verbal communication impairment, affecting cognitive scale assessment 3. Patients with severe dementia (MMSE<=9 points) 4. Planned to undergo cardiac surgery, neurosurgery 5. A history of significant head trauma (such as loss of consciousness for more than 5 minutes, post-traumatic amnesia, etc.)
