Combined intervention group (Blood Flow Restriction + Soft Volleyball): 8-week soft volleyball training 3 times weekly combined with dominant hand blood flow restriction compression
Single soft volleyball intervention group:8-week volleyball training 3 times weekly without blood flow restriction
Blank control group:Maintain daily routine without additional regular exercise, no training or compression intervention

50 Years to 69 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 50 - 69 years old, with no history of long-term regular exercise; 2. Normal vision and color vision, able to independently complete all tests and training tasks; 3. Voluntary participation, signing the informed consent form, and being able to fully cooperate with the 8-week intervention; 4. No neurological diseases or mental health history; 5. People with varicose veins in the legs, BMI > 30, hyperlipidemia, etc. can participate with the assessment by doctors and supervision by professionals.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases such as peripheral vascular disease, deep vein thrombosis, heart failure, myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, etc. 2. Limb deformity, skin damage / dermatitis, sensory nerve injury, pressure training allergy, pregnant women. 3. Unable to understand or cooperate with training and cognitive tests. 4. Long-term regular exercise before enrollment. 5. Severe joint injury, movement contraindications, drug dependence.
