40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria for post-stroke aphasia and meet the following conditions: 1. Aged 40–75 years, all right-handed; 2. Imaging-confirmed first-ever stroke with aphasia, and clinically stable; 3. Non-language-based Cognitive Assessment (NLCA) score >70, indicating that non-language cognitive function is at a level that allows cooperation with the study; 4. Stable psychological state, able to cooperate with the assessment and intervention of this study; 5. The patient or their family member voluntarily signs the informed consent form and is willing to participate in and accept the intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Imaging confirms the presence of non-stroke central nervous system diseases, such as intracranial space-occupying lesions, active central nervous system infections, severe leukoencephalopathy or progressive neurological disorders; 2.Mental illnesses such as major depressive disorder and schizophrenia; 3.Pregnant or lactating women; 4.History of epileptic seizures, history of head trauma with loss of consciousness, and history of craniocerebral surgery; 5.Patients who cannot cooperate with clinical examinations due to severe hearing impairment, visual impairment, dysarthria and other various conditions; 6.Patients with metallic foreign bodies in the body or implanted electronic devices are contraindicated for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy;
