Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Pathologically confirmed primary lung cancer patients. 2 Underwent curative or palliative surgery for lung cancer at our hospital. 3 Residual tissue remaining for research use after pathological examination of the surgical specimen. 4 Age >= 18 years. 5 Signed informed consent (or meets ethically approved waiver conditions).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of other malignant tumors; 2.Previous neoadjuvant radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy; 3.Insufficient specimen volume or unqualified tissue preservation; 4.Refusal to allow the use of residual tissue for this study;
