Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age >= 18 years old; 2. Diagnosed as out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) or in-hospital cardiac arrest (IHCA); 3. The electrocardiogram rhythm assessment at the first medical contact was shockable rhythm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Sign "Do Not Attempt Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation" (DNR); 2. Those with severely missing data, making it impossible to conduct analysis of core variables (such as the first heart rhythm and defibrillation conditions); 3. There are severe thoracic deformities, traumas or skin diseases that affect the placement of electrode patches; 4. During this cardiac arrest, defibrillation treatment was received at the scene before hospitalization.
