Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Primary causative factors confirmed by cranial CT and/or MRI examination, accompanied by impaired consciousness, with the etiological factors being traumatic, stroke-related, or hypoxic-ischemic in nature; 3. Duration of impaired consciousness >= 28 days; 4. Stable vital signs; 5. Voluntary informed consent obtained from the patient’s family, with a signed informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Critically ill patients with unstable vital signs; 2. Active intracranial hemorrhage; 3. Individuals with intracranial metallic implants; 4. Patients with cardiac pacemakers; 5. Consciousness disorders due to other causes; 6. History of epilepsy or family history of epilepsy; 7. Severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, liver, or kidneys; 8. Pregnancy.
