Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Eligible participants were at least 18 years of age, no gender restriction; 2. Capable of participating in neuropsychological tests and follow-up assessments; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification of II–IV and a New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class of II–IV; 4. Undergoing elective transcatheter heart valve intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to the investigational drug or contraindicated; 2. Capable of participating in neuropsychological tests and follow-up assessments; 3. Had severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; 4. History of alcohol abuse or drug dependence; 5. Patients were excluded if they had a history of neurological or psychiatric disorders; 6. Who have participated in any clinical drug trial within 1 month prior to screening.
