Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 60 years old; 2.ASA classification grades I - III; 3.A laparoscopic gynecological operation is planned to be performed. The operation is expected to last for 1 to 3 hours. 4.The patient or their legally authorized representative voluntarily signs the informed consent form; 5.The preoperative MMSE score is >= 24 points (indicating no severe cognitive dysfunction); 6.There is no history of severe sleep disorders, and the preoperative PSQI score is <=7 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative presence of severe cognitive dysfunction (MMSE score = B, renal function creatinine clearance rate < 30 ml/min); 5.Those with coagulation disorders, severe cardiovascular diseases (such as heart failure, severe arrhythmia); 6.Those who cannot cooperate to complete the postoperative scale assessment; 7.Pregnant or lactating women;
