Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Grade 7, Grade 8, or Grade 9 students; 2.Students who are able to understand the questionnaire and complete it independently; 3.Students who agree to participate in the trial; 4.Students whose guardians provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Students with a history of severe intellectual disability or diagnosed mental disorders; 2.Students who have received systematic psychological intervention within the past six months and are still undergoing treatment; 3.Students or guardians who refuse to participate in the trial; 4.Students who are unable to complete baseline or post-intervention assessment.
