Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All enrolled patients fulfilled the diagnostic criteria of persistent atrial fibrillation, and the duration of atrial fibrillation was no more than 12 months. 2.All patients had definite clinical indications and willingness to undergo complex percutaneous catheter ablation for arrhythmia. 3.All patients were aged = 18 years and agreed to complete all follow-up assessments specified in the study protocol. 4.All study participants provided written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have not received standard anticoagulant treatment or have imaging-confirmed left atrial thrombus; 2. Have previously undergone radiofrequency ablation; 3. Have severe mitral stenosis or other serious structural heart disease; 4. Have contraindications to long-term anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy; 5. Are women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study; 6. Other patients deemed unsuitable for this clinical trial by the researchers.
