18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 75 years old; 2.Pathologically confirmed with gastric adenocarcinoma or Siewert type II/III esophagogastric junction adenocarcinoma; 3.Underwent baseline 68Ga-FAPI PET/CT examination prior to treatment initiation; 4.Received neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy for at least two cycles; 5.Underwent radical resection after completion of neoadjuvant therapy; 6.Possessed complete CT imaging data and clinical medical records;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Received any other anti-tumor therapies before baseline PET/CT scan; 2.Pathological type was adenosquamous carcinoma;
