Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically confirmed follicular lymphoma, Grade 1-3A (WHO criteria), excluding Grade 3B; 2.Two available ¹8F-FDG PET/CT scans; 3.First scan (TP1): baseline whole-body PET/CT completed within 30 days before or after diagnosis; 4.Second scan (TP2): for patients who developed histologic transformation (HT), PET/CT performed within 3 months prior to HT diagnosis; for patients without HT, the last PET/CT during follow-up (at least 12 months from diagnosis); 5.Interval between the two scans >= 3 months; 6.Complete clinical data: age, sex, Ann Arbor/Lugano stage, B symptoms, ECOG performance status, LDH, FLIPI score, gene mutation status, treatment history; 7.Follow-up duration >= 12 months, with clear documentation of HT status and time of occurrence (or absence of HT), as well as survival status; 8.Complete data of each center can be exported and consented for use in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy or targeted therapy received before TP1; 2.Pathological Grade 3B; 3.De novo diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) not transformed from FL; 4.Presence of both FL and DLBCL components in the same biopsy specimen (composite lymphoma or discordant lymphoma); 5.Severe artifacts (e.g., respiration, metallic implants) on PET/CT images that prevent lesion delineation; 6.Intensive anti-tumor therapy (e.g., R-CHOP, BR) received between the two scans that may affect metabolism and cannot be adjusted for statistically; 7.Concurrent active malignancy other than non-melanoma skin cancer or carcinoma in situ; 8.Missing key data (e.g., time of HT, date of second PET/CT, FLIPI score, unknown survival outcome);
