Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Registered physicians holding a valid medical practitioner qualification certificate, with a professional rank of resident physician or above; 2.Physicians currently working on the clinical front line, including outpatient, inpatient, or endoscopy-related settings, and capable of independently making diagnostic and therapeutic decisions for common and selected complex digestive diseases; 3.Familiarity with basic computer operations; 4.Voluntary participation in this study and provision of written informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals who have participated in the design of this study protocol, construction of the case question bank, or development of the scoring criteria; 2.Individuals who are unable to meet the technical environment requirements specified in the study protocol or unable to ensure adequate protocol compliance; 3.Individuals who refuse to install, run, or keep the designated plug-in enabled throughout the study due to privacy concerns or other reasons; 4.Individuals who have participated in a similar comparative study on clinical decision-making within the past 3 months or who are already aware of the contents of the case question bank;
