18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female patients aged between 18 and 80; 2. ASA class =26.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous lung or abdominal surgery; 2. Severe lung diseases (like severe COPD); 3. Allergies or contraindications to sevoflurane, propofol, or NSAIDs; 4. BMI over 40 kg/m²; 5. Emergency surgery; 6. Severe brain or cardiovascular dysfunction; 7. Suspected or diagnosed neuromuscular diseases; 8. Expected prolonged mechanical ventilation after surgery; 9. Liver cirrhosis (Child B or C); 10. Chronic kidney failure with dialysis.
