Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18-70 years old; 2.Consistent with the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis (typical abdominal pain, enzymatic and imaging evidence); 3.Patients with severe acute pancreatitis who have had organ failure for more than 48 hours; 4.Within 7 days of onset; 5.Moderate and severe pain, with a pain score of NRS >= 3 points;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Gastric and duodenal ulcers with bleeding; 2.Allergic to parecoxib sodium or opioids; 3.Bronchial asthma or severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 4.Pain of unknown cause; 5.Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 6.The patient's condition is critical, with multiple organ failure, and there is a possibility of endotracheal intubation and ventilator-assisted ventilation at any time. 7.Shock cannot be corrected; 8.Pregnant women, lactating women; 9.Patients requiring endotracheal intubation upon admission;
