Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >=18 years old; It conforms to the 2017 EULAR/ACR classification criteria for idiopathic inflammatory myopathy (IIM). It can complete baseline clinical data collection, laboratory tests, myositis antibody spectrum detection, HRCT, pulmonary function tests, multi-organ ultrasound and blood sample collection. Voluntarily participate in this study, sign the informed consent form, and agree to complete the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Overlapping syndrome or combined with other definite connective tissue diseases; There are non-IIM-related lung diseases, such as occupational/environmental exposure-related ILD, drug-induced lung injury, radiation pneumonitis, pneumoconiosis, allergic pneumonia, sarcoidosis, etc. Combined active pulmonary infection, pulmonary tuberculosis, malignant lung tumors, severe COPD, bronchiectasis, pulmonary embolism, severe cardiac insufficiency or other diseases that can significantly affect the judgment of pulmonary outcomes; Pregnant or lactating women.
