18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy controls: (1) age and gender matched with the case control group; (2) no history related to this study. 2. Primary IgAN patients: (1) pathologically diagnosed as primary IgAN by renal biopsy; (2) complete clinical and laboratory data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Healthy controls: (1) incomplete laboratory data; (2) use of drugs affecting test indicators within the past 3 months. 2. Primary IgAN patients: (1) secondary IgAN such as hepatitis B, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.; (2) combined severe infection, severe underlying disease, or dysfunction of other important organs; (3) combined hematological disease or malignant tumor; (4) treatment with glucocorticoids and/or immunosuppressants for more than 3 months before renal biopsy; (5) fewer than 5 glomeruli in pathological sections.
