Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 18 to 85 years old, gender unrestricted; 2.Clinically diagnosed with coronary heart disease (including chronic stable angina, unstable angina, etc.) in a secondary or higher-level hospital (based on clinical diagnosis certificate/medical record); 3.Voluntary participation in this study and signing the informed consent form; 4.Clear consciousness and able to cooperate with general surveys, blood sample collection, and operations such as cardiac ultrasound and vascular CT examinations;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal to sign the informed consent form; 2.Coexistence of severe liver and kidney failure, malignant tumors, severe infectious diseases, severe trauma, and acute phase of autoimmune diseases; 3.Presence of obvious mental disorders or cognitive impairments, making it impossible to cooperate with the research process; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Within the past 3 months, having undergone major surgery or having severe trauma; 6.Insufficient clinical data, making it impossible to clearly diagnose coronary heart disease; 7.Complicated with other serious cardiovascular diseases that affect the determination of research results;
