Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Permanent local residents aged 40–74 years; 2. No prior diagnosis of colorectal cancer; 3. Own a smartphone with access to WeChat and ability to operate smart devices; 4. Willing and able to sign (or electronically confirm) informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of colorectal cancer; 2. Prior colorectal resection surgery; 3. Currently receiving any cancer-related treatment (excluding non-melanoma skin cancer); 4. Undergone colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, CT colonography, or double-contrast barium enema within the past 5 years; 5. Undergone fecal occult blood test or fecal DNA test within the past 1 year; 6. Presence of symptomatic lower gastrointestinal disease or symptoms warranting diagnostic colonoscopy, including: hematochezia lasting for an extended period within the past 6 months; 1. medically diagnosed iron deficiency anemia; 2. documented unexplained weight loss (>10% of baseline body weight) within the past 6 months; 7. Other severe comorbidities that may reduce screening benefit or increase the risk of colonoscopy (including severe pulmonary disease, advanced kidney disease, advanced liver disease, severe heart failure, or a recent diagnosis of cancer other than non-melanoma skin cancer); 8. Cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders that prevent understanding and compliance with the study procedures.
