Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A confirmed diagnosis of stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic) based on clinical evaluation and neuroimaging findings. 2. Post-stroke aphasia meeting the clinical diagnostic criteria, defined as a score of = 18 years. 4. A relatively stable medical condition, with the ability to cooperate with language assessments and other study-related evaluations. 5. Provision of written informed consent by the participant or their legally authorized representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of pre-existing language disorders, dementia, or other central nervous system diseases that could significantly affect cognitive or language function. 2. Severe disorders of consciousness, severe psychiatric disorders, or severe visual or hearing impairments that would preclude completion of the study assessments. 3. Severe systemic diseases associated with a limited life expectancy or an inability to complete the scheduled follow-up assessments. 4. Incomplete neuroimaging data or neuroimaging findings that do not meet the study requirements. 5. Clinical deterioration or the development of new medical conditions that render the participant unsuitable for continued study participation.
