Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed malignant tumors and receiving chemotherapy; 2. Aged 60 years or older; 3. Estimated survival time of no less than 6 months; 4. Aware of their own condition with normal communication, reading and comprehension abilities; 5. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with previously diagnosed mental disorders or obvious mental and behavioral abnormalities that prevent them from completing questionnaires.
