Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who received medical care at West China Hospital, Sichuan University, with suspected or confirmed retroperitoneal fibrosis (RPF) via clinical manifestations and imaging examinations; 2.Patients complicated with unilateral or bilateral ureteral involvement resulting in hydronephrosis, ureteral obstruction or ureteral stricture; 3.Patients who underwent ureteral stent placement by the Department of Urology (or stent conversion following percutaneous nephrostomy) and were accessible for follow-up observation; 4.Patients with relatively complete medical records, including at least baseline renal function indicators and baseline imaging assessment documentation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Ureteral obstruction secondary to compression or infiltration of confirmed malignant tumors; 2.Ureteral obstruction predominantly caused by urolithiasis or other definite etiologies unrelated to RPF; 3.Subjects with critical missing data that hinder outcome evaluation (e.g., unavailable follow-up imaging results or renal function records); 4.Subjects judged unsuitable for enrollment at the investigators’ discretion.
