Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male basketball players aged 13–26 years. 2. Possess a national basketball athlete level of Level 2 or above (according to the Chinese National Athlete Technical Grade Classification System). 3. Able to understand and perform the experimental movements as required. 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have undergone high-intensity training or competition within 48 hours prior to testing. 2. History of severe lower limb injury requiring surgical treatment within the past 6 months. 3. Any lower limb injury resulting in training cessation for >=1 week within the past 3 months. 4. Currently experiencing lower limb pain, swelling, limited range of motion, or other discomfort symptoms that could affect sports performance. 5. History of previous anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury or reconstruction surgery. 6. Known neuromuscular system diseases or vestibular dysfunction. 7. Cardiovascular diseases or other systemic diseases affecting exercise capacity. 8. Currently taking medications that may affect sports performance or neuromuscular function (e.g., muscle relaxants, hormonal agents)
