18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria of "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer (2020 Edition)", diagnosed as rectal cancer by colonoscopy or pathology, and the tumor location is within 5 cm from the anal verge; 3. The patient undergoes laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer + prophylactic ileostomy; 4. Has given informed consent and is willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have previously suffered from anal or rectal diseases; 2. Those who have previously experienced pelvic floor dysfunction or defecation dysfunction; 3. Patients with recurrent, metastatic or deteriorating rectal cancer; 4. Those with accompanying cognitive impairment or communication disorders; 5. Those with other serious organ diseases.
