51 Years to 81 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All participants aged 18 to 90 years voluntarily enrolled in this study and provided written informed consent; 2. All patients were newly diagnosed with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and underwent surgical resection, with no prior treatments including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy or biotherapy; 3. All participants provided complete baseline medical records, including detailed medical history, imaging data and preoperative laboratory test results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with two or more malignant tumors; 2. Patients with documented active bacterial or fungal infections, congenital or acquired immunodeficiencies, or autoimmune diseases within the past month; 3. Patients who had used antibiotics, probiotics or antifungal drugs at least two months prior to tissue collection; 4. Patients with organic cardiovascular diseases, infectious diseases, reflux esophagitis or recurrent esophageal cancer.
