Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age-related cataract; 2.A 2.2-mm incision was made at the 135° meridian; 3.Lens nucleus hardness = grade III by Emery classification; 4.Non-Toric IOL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Sutures were placed at the incision site; 2.History of previous corneal surgery; 3.Pre-existing corneal diseases before surgery; 4.Occurrence of severe intraoperative complications; 5.Postoperative significant corneal edema, endothelial decompensation, or other conditions affecting measurement accuracy.
